In response to "This is the problem. I'm not sure what I like to do anymore. I've been part of a couple for so long... I dunno. And being a depressive person" by sycor

You need to set a few rules/structures for yourself.

Your whole day does not have to be structured by any means, but set some rules like
1. I will leave the house for 30 minutes each day (not including work). This can be a walk, going to the store, meeting with a friend.
2. I will make dinner between 6 and 7 (or whatever works for you). I won't allow myself to snack between 3 and 6.

Think of (a couple) other rules that will enable you to have structure, get out, and avoid what you know are signs of your depression. Don't overdo it with rules, or you'll just hate them, but find a couple that work for you.

And find one social outlet that you commit. It can be a local film society, volunteering at the local food bank, whatever. Something regular that is of interest to you where there will be other people to get involved with. And make yourself go. Always.
