the gore is very PG-13 for most of the movie, and when it goes to 11, it goes so far to 11, almost cartoonishly so, that it's not like Grey's Anatomy surgery. The gore is not like person-specific, there's just generic volumes of blood. Nothing even came close to squeamish for me.
