As of April 11, there were 11 homicides in the city for the month.

Which obviously averages one a day, but unless they were evenly spread (could have been, but not sure the odds) we might have had a murder-free day.
There were 118 murders in first quarter 2012, so about 1.3 per day. Again, depending on distribution, we may have had a murder-free day.
