Amory Lorch was the man on horseback that killed Yoren.

Lorch is with Tywin Lannister's army and holds Harrenhall, which is where they are taking the captives.

The Gold Cloaks (King's Landing City Watch) that originally approached Yoren looking for Gendry got help to back up the demand from Lorch and his men.
