In response to "awesome! " by groiny

I did. My adjust recipe...

I only have a 2.5qt crock pot, so I halved most everything:

Main Ingredients:
Chicken (about a pound)
Chicken Broth (16oz)
Tomato Sauce (1 small can)
Black Beans (1 can, rinsed)
Corn (1 can)
Celery (3 stalks)
Habanero Salsa (6 tablespoons - tried a brand called Mrs. Renfro's - awesome even on its own)

Additions - just small amounts of each, maybe half a teaspoon
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Crushed Red Pepper
Cumin
Parsley

Added during the cooking to thicken:
Flour (maybe 1/2 cup)
Pepperjack Cheese (about 1/4 cup)
Cheddar Cheese (about 1/4 cup)

It turned out a bit thicker than I'd intended. Next time I will make the following adjustments:
A little less chicken
Another variety of fresh pepper - maybe green or something not *too* spicy
Less flour and cheese
