like the inside meaning the part of the knee that faces the other knee. When I walk up stairs, the knee bows in, instead of bending forward, if that makes sense.

There is significant grinding in there when I move, and when I first stand up from a few hours sitting, it is like a shiv is stuck into my inside knee area.
