He got on base 205 times last year and tried to steal 123 times. He was successful on 103 of those.

So, he's about 84% successful and 61% likely to try to steal when he gets on base (probably lower since some of those would be steals of third and possibly home).

He has a scary strikeout total, which is probably why he isn't a higher regarded prospect.
