Should we make it unacceptable to be snarky or hold grudges?
The problem here is that loosi dislikes many people on ST, and they dislike her back. We can probably outlaw certain behavior (like loosi and TFox exhibited last night), but when people of a community hate each other, I'm not sure what the community can or is supposed to do about that.
