is general and based on my observations and not specifically directed at you. If it doesn't apply, great, thank you for showing the respect I spoke of by not making this anything more than it is. Maybe it applies to others, maybe it applies to no one.

I was only offering some hopefully helpful advise for people to bring more respect to the table *on both sides* in light of the suggestions for policing the boards which I don't think will add any value.
