we know someone who is, by all accounts stereo typically gay. I mean, this person is on the poster. There was no question to this person's orientation.

Last night we were introduced to this person's "date" which would have made it a heterosexual couple.

There is no way this is possible. Not a single thing convinces me other than the used phrase of, "date". I assume it was used in a fashion I'm not familiar with.
