hey Deevs! I think I want to steal that restaurant/charity idea - couple questions inside

by small plates - would you say it's appeteaser style portions - and for the wine's that go with it - a 3 ounce pour - 4 ounce pour - can you have re-fills? Any idea what percentage goes to the Charity? About how many people attend and is it closed for any other dining that night? Thanks!
