tax day poll: are refunds dumb? (should you be floating the government a loan for the other 364 days of the year??)

having been on the other end of getting stuck with a hefty bill on April 15 and no ability to presently pay, i would rather let the government use my money than have to pay something that i wasn't exepcting to
