Loosi's attempt at a joke was not cool, Andie's "Know your audience" also should be "Know your target", but at the same point, after the goofing on him in the last month+, I'd hate to think that post alone was the catalyst for his departure.
And then everything else, what the hell. One of the more mystifying plaid situations in a long time on this board.
