Does anyone know why Amazon keeps losing movies from their streaming video service?

A month or so ago I watched Captain America through that service and now it isn't available. Thor is also not available. It seems that the studio would want to make those background movies as widely available as possible ahead of the release of The Avengers.

Possibly related or not -- Real Genius is not available.

That last one is the one that really hurts.
