See this is where I disagree somewhat

Too often the team will get dEstroyed by an enemy sniper. So if I am the scone or third best sniper, shouldn't I use it to keep the other side honest?
I mean even in games where I mainly snipe, I still lead the team in kills
But yes, I understand what you Re saying about that and about my style of play.
