In our experience with eBay customer service, their hands are tied on about everything. We were given neutral feedback for selling a game disc only even though the header and the description said it was game disc only. We wrote eBay to complain and they wound up giving $50 in credit rather than directly address the issue.

All these people are selling them without a problem. (www.ebay.com)
