Maybe if we get the majority of states to pass marijuana legalization that'll finally force the Feds hand.

So stupid that we lock people up for recreational drugs. This is just going to lead to me to writing about the bad decision making that put the prison system in the hands of private contractors. When prison is a business you need to get new customers.
