cut down on the guns by half, especially if you're going to put the time in to cycle them in and out. Ditto the Balloons and SG. That would buy you more, potentially alot more, Swords and Hops. As we've seen on .com you can never have enough Swords or Hops generally. Although...
it depends on the enemy. VNE bulked up on swords and Hops because they're cheap and rarely invested in SGs. So our SG would get swarmed and overwhelmed alot unless cycled and or used at towards the later end of battles. Knowing how your enemy constructs they're army actually helps you design your own.
