I think RGIII just looks more fluid/polished in his movements because it's a big part of his game/the system he played in.

Luck isn't forced to run anywhere near as much, for multiple reasons, so we don't think of him being near as athletic in situations as RGIII. I mean RGIII is definitely tops in those terms, but Luck isn't too far behind.
