Correcting: RG3 is clearly the fastest of the 3.

Although Luck has run sub-4.45 several times, RG3 has been as low as 4.28 before. He's almost Vick-speed.

This is a better 1/2 punch at QB than Eli/Big Ben in 2004. And by quite a bit.
