China Poblano, another Anders restaurant and it is Asian/Mexican fusion and quite good, 2'nd floor of the Cosmo.

Lotus of Siam. 1 mile off the strip, best Thai in town.

Ping Pang Pong in the Gold Coast. best dim sum in town
