Didsbury has a huge debt and it's likely to get worse, all because the province made funding committments then took them away with little to no warning, completely screwing up the budget for (likely) decades to come. I wouldn't be shocked to see some smaller municipalities go bankrupt in the near future. This is one big reason WR is likely going to win most of the rural seats.
