we lost 3 people out of 7.5 about 18months ago. We got one back and our manager is fighting the great fight to be a firewall against the work but that only goes so far.
I'd be happy with one additional staff person. We're never going to get it and it would still be tough but 5.5 people to do the work would be tolerable/almost good.
