LYC: It's tough for me to answer these polls because so much depends on the whims of the Owner.

This company is a complete dictatorship. If the Owner walks in one day and decides he want X Y as well as Z, yes we are understaffed. If he only wants X and Y, then maybe we're not. If one day the Owner should happen to want things for which we are not properly set up (happens all the time), then the performance of our department/company is poor. If he wants things we can actually do, then our performance is top notch.
We lack middle management in a lot of ways.
