While getting hit by a car wouldn't normally be considered a good thing the end result (so far) has me debt free and with money in the bank should I need a knee replacement (hence, the "so far").

However, my first year here was probably the worst year ever. But I'm likely in a better spot overall now than I might be if I'd stayed in Boston.
