free flowers while the FTD service dispatched a 2nd order to the correct address.
this mix up had a bad side, a visitor waiting for the airport shuttle got a call they were coming so she took her bags out on the steps to wait, then we get a call again, the driver is lost, again clinton/clayton. but by the time she stepped out again....her bags were gone
