Related: It's always amusing to me to get an obviously foreign CS rep with an American name.

Medco and most Express Scripts lines are outsourced so you get someone with a really thick accent reading off a script but yet their name is Marge or Fred. I await the day I get someone with a southern accent who tells me their name is Rajesh.
