complete tear with ragged edges and a large bone defect with pitting from where I had walked on it so long after injuring it. It's been 4 years since the surgery and it's still quite painful. I get injections of cortisone under my kneecap 3-4 times a year.
Normally I'm good with needles, but I can't even look at this one, it's effing huge. You can actually see down the hole in the needle. ugh.
