back from my run now, and boy are my legs tired.

Wait, that's not funny.

Oh well, deal with it. :)

I made it for like 7 or 8 of the 1min run/1min walk alternations. Oddly, the walking was harder than the running. By the 8th iteration, though, they had equalized, and it became easier just to walk back to the start. The wrangler who walked with me was very kind and courteous.

They said I need to exercise my calf and ankle muscles a lot. Because my shins were hurting, I didn't get as much of a cardio experience as normal people would get, so it's not even a matter of overcoming that, it's just about getting my legs to work properly.

They also said I should ice my legs, so I guess I should go give that a try.
