What I love about the Allan Carr book mentioned on B2 is that if you haven't watched someone die of smoking, "it will kill you" doesn't mean much...

(IMO) "So? You gotta die of something."

The Allan Carr book really help illuminate the fact that it makes you feel worse every day. Like, even the euphoria you feel in the middle of the best cigarette of the day is still not quite as good as you'd feel if you didn't smoke at all.

That was eyeopening, to me.
