I think she had better lose. If she wins, it will be despite the fact that her entire staff (besides her SO dude) sucks. Comically so, but still. If she wins, what do they do? Continue having her staff suck, and at the same time be even more miserable?
What needs to happen is have her election go down in flames, while Aziz, et al are secretly happy she failed. That's funnier.
