the issue of miscarriage and charges was brought up on the floor debate,

it was thrown off with a counter argument that the republican rep speaking had never heard of charges being done for something like that.
i figure that at some point, a teenager is going to get into a car accident, and some over-zealous prosecutor will charger her for the death of her miscarried child, as well as other charges.
