Your wife isn't going to cop to shit, not knowing it's a dealbreaker. It's too scary to do, she'll lie til she can't. Same deal with the dude that got named. So if I were you I'd collect info from the person willing to share it, and then try to confirm what I could. From what you're posting, it's getting too bizarre to believe that this is just potstirring without a factual basis.

And it sucks and I'm sorry.
