I missed 2 years due to being out after the accident, and then the next year because of company-wide "cost containment."
the last two have brought them, though. (I found out about the last one when it hit my paycheck -- a while later, my boss mentioned his boss had not directly told him about something similar; and I gave him a meaningful look. oopsie, but his look of realization was amusing.)
