How long will they be here?

With a 4 year old on the verge of kindergarden, elementary schools were a high priority in our recent house search.
We currently rent in Capitol Hill, which is a great, diverse neighborhood, but too expensive for us to buy a 3 BR house.
Belltown, Queen Anne, Fremont, Ballard are other close in neighborhoods with good walkability.
