I'd say for all of them it's their primary source of income and at least 60% train full time.

It's typical for them to teach a class or two at the gym where they train full time.
Most of the ones that still have a full time job outside of mma don't make much money from it, and thus mma is their primary source of income. There are a few exceptions, but once you make it onto the main card you pretty much quit your day job and commit to mma full time.
The guys I know in Vegas that work outside the gym mostly have jobs in the service industry there that give them large blocks of time for training (like club promoter, personal trainer etc) and these jobs don't pay very well.
