Not making sense of it at the moment. Maybe things are becoming looser/flabbier as I shrink

I am trying to replace the fat with muscle. So I had the most fat on my belly and I am trying to do sit ups and crunches to replace it.

Basically my theory is fill the fat space with muscle and there wont' be loose skin. -- nm
