did you change your diet at all? add a healthy breakfast for instance?

this can kickstart your metabolism, which makes your body process food faster and will make you hungry more quickly. When I am eating right, I am almost always hungry by 10 or 11 am after eating a good breakfast.

Have a snack, fruit, or a handful of nuts or some veggies.
