s a cop car customizer near my house who has a half acre full of cop cars/suvs
buying a car is just the beginning, there's about 50k of electronics (I mean they can't just use a consumer dell, it has to be mil spec anti EMF blah blah) plus the road warrior crash bumpers (to do the 'pitt' manuever to spin a car out)
