GMs devalue 4th round picks and down. The perception is that this draft has 75-90 starters in it.

So, Cleveland maintains the ability to draft potential starters at 22, 37 and 67 plus probably a borderline one at 100 while still securing the best non-RB in this draft. With 13 picks, they had the flexibility to do this and Richardson is the type of talent who justifies it. They prevent any other team from jumping up while keeping their quality picks.
Minnesota gets found money. This is my type of trade, because these are low risk high reward draft slots. At least one of 118 and 139 should wind up being a starter in this league.
