Most people I know get back a percentage of what they paid throughout the year, not all of it.

And the middle class and poor people are the ones that sales taxes affect more while the rich that use services, which aren't taxed liked sales, don't really get hurt by it.
Everyone pays taxes, some more than others. But to think that the problem is the poor and middle class not giving their fair share is a joke.
