Lessons I have learn in this economy and from HSX: When you come into a job

and are expected to be the rockstar guy who fixes things. It is good to fix MOST of the things but not all the of things. Always leave room where you can keep tweaking and making things better.

If you fix it all and make it look too easy the idiots think they dont need you.

Here I am doing well so far and just not running at 150% to get it perfect as fast as possible Doing more like 110% and showing improvement but making it look like work...

Going to listen to Hudnall and now work myself out of a job this time :)
