I enjoyed all of the tie-in movies, but Avengers is better than any one of them.

and I really do put it right there with Dark Knight and First Class as my favorite superhero movies.

I will say this, IM 1 really was a good movie, just blew me away. Every tie-in I have seen since has really been a step (or two) down.
