okay, John Snow is out there with the Watch - and they are out there doing what exactly? and someone has taken over - but who exactly - their long lost watchman brother? so John + whoever are going back to destroy the travel stations along the way BACK to the wall so the new army has no where to stop?
better ranger than a steward? why would he want to be a steward in the 1st place.
