I have about 200 folders with photos on my desktop right now...I think I might be trying to overcategorize. heh

This is organization is being done so that I can eventually tackle the scanning of all the family's physical photographs...

Just start scanning them. Put them in folders based on when you scanned them....then tag the pictures with whatever filing you style you have

I went the other direction. Dropped all mine on a qnap so I can access from anywhere but not using a photo service online anymore
