Any good set of in-ears will have foamies that will easily fit smaller ears. Come in a lot of sizes.

Altec Lansing had the UHP336, iirc, and I have the UltimateEars series that had great drivers.

Alternately, get ear molds made and custom fit them. Best sound/fit/feeling ever!
