LYC: One of my Vegas tenants is graduating from UNLV.

He wants to stay as a tenant but won't be getting the student rate anymore, so he wants to know what he has to do to get the fighter rate (which is the same as the student rate).

He's a good tenant, but I guess a $50 discount is really important to him.
