Students because I was always getting a break when I was making my way through school and life. Fighters because they make great tenants and have financial difficulties.

I do get grappling or striking lessons from some of them. But it's not a requirement for the discount. I have so many fighters that I couldn't survive 6 workouts each time I'm in Vegas for a few days.
