no. she came from a support role in a video conference center. her job here is to learn our booking/call methods.

she (admittedly) doesn't know any of it and hasn't tried to learn. i shouldn't have to write out a list of what it takes to book and manage VC calls since she supposedly comes from that background, but now that she has it, no excuses.


we're a very small team managing a large service.. self-learning goes a long way since we've all got a lot on our plate.
