i see the confusion here... she never asked me for the direction she thinks she did. in addition, all the items I laid out in painful detail were

the same items i told her to learn when she arrived. when i say "Learn the workings of the video bridge" i mean.. learn the video bridge - how to connect calls, schedule, etc. I should not have to list all the functions of a video bridge and tell her to learn those items specifically. Is this unreasonable?

beyond all of that, she was hired not to be a call administrator, but to analyze process and work on improving them and documenting. this is not a low-level day to day job. she has not taken the time to learn the basic functions that she's supposed to be analyzing and improving.
